recognizing web languages and HTML is the backbone.
All other web programming languages are
embedded into HTML.
The History of HTML
HTML was developed in 1990 and since then it
has been revised and re-developed 100(hundreds) of time.
The HTML 4.0 was the 1st Standard
version of HTML which was defined in 1999.
The HTML 5.0 was the 2nd major
standard version for HTML which is so powerful and has all the possibilities to
make dynamic website, HTML 5.0 is considered the future of web and HTML.

IS A STATIC WEB LANGUAGE
HTML is the backbone of any website, but this is a
static language witch’s elements can not be dynamically changed.
We can insert any other language in to HTML to make
the website dynamic and responsive, but HTML alone is a static language which’s
elements can only be changed by a human.
The scripting or dynamic languages are JAVA script,
PHP, and now CSS3.
